Because a t-shirt that doesn't fit right just sits in a drawer, and nobody wants that.

Wrong Size? Let's Fix That — Free

Sizing can be tricky, especially when your dog isn't around to model it for you. If what arrived doesn't fit, you've got 5 days from the day it's delivered to tell us — we'll swap it for the right size at no extra cost. No forms, no fuss.

Just do this:
1. Message us on WhatsApp or drop an email to hello@shopwagtail.com with your order number
2. Tell us the size that'll actually work
3. Sit tight — we'll confirm and get the correct one moving

Changed Your Mind Instead?

If it's not the size but just not quite it for you, we'll take it back within that same 5-day window and set you up with store credit to use however you like on the site — think of it as trading one design for another rather than losing out entirely.

The fine print:
- Item should be unworn, unwashed, tags still on
- This doesn't cover custom or personalized pieces, if we ever add those
- The 5-day clock starts from your delivery date, so don't let it slip past

If We Messed Up

Wrong item, damaged in transit, printing gone sideways — if the mistake is ours, there's no 5-day countdown. Just send a photo and your order number to hello@shopwagtail.com and we'll make it right, replacement or credit, your call.
